As you draw, your smoke is split into two separate air paths that run along the side of the water pipe and into the Swiss perc beaker base. The unique stemless diffuser pours each hit into the center of the beaker where your smoke is reconvened and effectively filtered through water by the Swiss percolator before it can travel upwards. 

The American Helix Kronos Dab Rig features a unique donut splashguard in the center of the main body to prevent water from reaching the uppermost chamber & mouthpiece. Last but never least, your smoke is pulled into the Venturi chamber at the top which features two microholes that swirl each hit around the upper chamber for superior cooling power.
